I founded Burtons Group in 2017 with one simple ambition: to build a plumbing and heating company that people could genuinely rely on. I've always believed that doing the job properly, being honest, and treating customers with respect shouldn't be anything special - it should be the standard.
Watching the business grow from a small local company into a trusted national team has been incredibly rewarding. What makes me proudest, though, is the culture we've built. As Toby's Personal Assistant, Lucy is often the voice of reason, the organiser behind the scenes, and occasionally the person reminding him which meeting he's supposed to be in!
With over 10 years of administration experience, she's played a key role in Burtons Group's growth and is passionate about making sure every customer and every member of the team receives the support they need.

Operations Manager
Nathan is our Operations Manager and works closely with Toby to keep Burtons Group running smoothly day in, day out. From supporting the team to overseeing projects and improving the way we work, he's always looking for ways to deliver the best possible service for our customers.
